The property was amazing with fine features. It was located in a great area in the centre of the Old Town. Entire experience staying there was very lovely, I recommend this place.

We stayed for three nights in the delightful first floor apartment and it was a great choice. The location was perfect, as all of the major sights were within easy walking distance. The property felt very secure and was entered through a locked wooden door and then a locked ironwork gate. Our apartment was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like breakfast supplies and basic condiments. The rooftop terraces offered stunning views of the city and the common area with laundry facilities was a bonus. We highly recommend this property.

The staff here were amazing and really took care of us, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are lovely and well-equipped with everything we needed.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and spacious. We loved the attention to detail and the overall ambiance. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. It was great to have a private rooftop terrace where we could relax and enjoy the views.

The walls in the apartment were quite thin, so we could hear noises from the neighboring rooms. This made it difficult for light sleepers to get a good night's rest.

The value for money at Casa Palacio San Jose was excellent, with a compact yet fully equipped apartment that had everything we needed. The location was superb, with easy walking distance to all the sights in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. The staff, especially Karina, were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!
